Sofinnova Partners said July 25 that it has sold Breath Therapeutics to Zambon for up to 500 million euros ($556.9 million), including 140 million euros up front. Breath Therapeutics provides inhalation therapies for severe respiratory diseases.

EQT has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Fargo, North Dakota-based Aldevron, a producer of nucleic acids, proteins, and antibodies. No financial terms were disclosed. TA Associates will retain a minority stake in Aldevron. Morgan Stanley served as financial adviser to EQT on the deal while Goldman Sachs did likewise for TA Associates.
Level Equity has made an investment in Planet DDS, the company behind Denticon, a dental practice management software solution provider. No financial terms were disclosed.
