Vaughan, Ontario-based GFL Environmental, a diversified environmental services company, has agreed to acquire County Waste, a provider of solid waste management services.

STG Logistics, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, said Dec. 3 that it acquired Veeco Holdings. Financial terms weren't announced. Veeco provides logistics solutions focused on the gateway ports of New York and New Jersey.

Pleatco Filtration, an Align Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired TVS Filters. Financial terms weren't announced. TVS designs and makes pleated filter cartridges, gas turbine inlet filters, and other filtration products for complex industrial air filtration applications.
