Trive agrees to sell intelligence-focused AEVEX Aerospace to Madison Dearborn

Trive invested in AEVEX in 2014 and helped grow the company through investment in expanded capabilities and add-on acquisitions, as well as secular expansion in collection and dissemination of intelligence to agencies around the world.
